Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
/upgrade
Duitbot shows the available plans (Pro and Ultimate) with live pricing. Tap the plan you want — you'll be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.
After payment, your plan activates immediately. You'll receive a confirmation message in Telegram.
Viewing your plan
/myplan
Shows:
- Current plan name
- Next renewal date
- Scheduled cancellation date (if you've cancelled but are still in the billing period)
Cancelling
/cancelplan
Cancels your subscription at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro/Ultimate access until then — nothing is lost immediately.
After the period ends, your plan reverts to Free automatically.
Reactivating after cancellation
If you change your mind before the billing period ends:
/reactivate
This reverses the cancellation and your subscription continues as normal.
Promo codes
If you have a promo code, apply it before upgrading:
/redeem YOURCODE
The code is saved and applied automatically when you tap /upgrade. You'll see the discount reflected at Stripe checkout.
To remove an applied code:
/clearcoupon
Promo codes are validated against Stripe. Invalid, expired, or plan-restricted codes will show an error message.
Referral program
Share your personal referral link with friends. When they subscribe to a paid plan through your link, you earn bonus quota added to your pool.
/referral
Shows your referral code, a share button, and stats (total referred, how many are rewarded, and how many are still pending their first payment).
Bonus quota is tracked separately for text messages, photo scans, and voice messages. Each rewarded referral adds to the relevant pools. They're used automatically when you hit your monthly limit — no action needed.
If your plan wasn't activated
If your payment succeeded but your plan is still showing as Free:
/checkpayment
This triggers a self-service recovery — the bot searches Stripe for your payment and activates the correct plan immediately. If it can't find your payment automatically, it will show your user ID and instructions to contact support.
Subscription lifecycle
